The Apple EarPods have a 3.5mm jack, so they fit phones with a standard 3.5mm port. All models starting with iPhone 7 or later have a Lightning port; therefore, this EarPods Mini-Jack connector can only be used in combination with the Apple Lightning to 3.5mm Jack Adapter. The adapter is sold separately.
